Refund Policy

1. Overview

Rage Room offers a single paid digital product: the Photo Upload add-on ($4.99, one-time purchase). The core game is free to play. This policy applies exclusively to the Photo Upload add-on.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 BGB.

However, by completing the purchase and immediately accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

You are informed of this before completing the checkout process via Lemon Squeezy.

3. Voluntary Refund Policy

Despite the above, we want you to be satisfied. We will issue a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
• The request is made via email to rage@chmtt.co, including the email address used for the purchase.
• We have not identified misuse or abuse of the refund process (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).

Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Photo Upload feature after purchase, please contact us at rage@chmtt.co. We will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

5. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to rage@chmtt.co with:

• Subject: “Refund Request”
• The email address associated with your Rage Room account
• A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
